AdVenture Development is developing the country’s first interstate adjacent food hall in Selma, NC off of Interstate 95. Providing many high quality food choices, the Old North State Food Hall will be a welcome alternative to uninspiring fast food options for families and travelers. Transforming the former J.R. Cigar Outlet building, this 12,000 sf renovation will feature 10 different vendors (including Carolina-style barbecue of course!) along with a comfortable, welcoming, full service bar and bottle shop – the North Carolina Craft House.
Recognizing our state’s deep agricultural history, the Old North State Food Hall will feature North Carolina produce, seafood, meats and cheeses throughout the various vendors. In the same approach, The North Carolina Craft House will be a full service, 3,100 sf bar focusing on the best of North Carolina beer, cider, wine and spirits. Integrated with the food hall, the NC Craft House will become a favorite destination for locals and travelers to pick up their favorite NC offerings and fill your growler on the way to the beach!
